Toyota Techstream V18.00.008 software was tested working with Launch X431 SmartLink C J2534 passthru device.
First of all, download and install SmartLink C J2534 driver here

then download and install Techstream 18.00.008

Run J2534Plus passthru check device is connected
Run techstream software, go to VIM Selection, select VCI as J2534Plus
Software is ready to use
