Here's the guide on how to get back your Launch X431 V/V+ scanner Username or Password.

Step 1: Login in Launch X431 App
Stay in the main page and click User Info

Step 2: Select Profile and click Retrieve Password to get back your account

Step 3: There 3 three steps to get back account

Enter product S/N, eg: 9851903577**
the Launch X431 system will show out your User name automatically

Get verification code by the email which is the same as your complele the registration information

Set your new password and then click Reset Password

Please verity your email box after register your account so you can receive password retrieve email.
