Launch X431 PAD VII , PAD V and Pro5 online programming feature has not been authorized in Portugal and Spain. They added the region limitation to the North America in April 2025. Some users use the VPN connection to bypass the region limitation. Here is the VPN connection method for users from North America, Spain, and Portugal. NOTE: Use at your own risk.
