Launch X431 PAD VII ,   PAD V   and   Pro5   online programming feature has not been authorized in Portugal and Spain. They added the region limitation to the North America in April 2025. Some users use the VPN connection to bypass the region limitation. Here is the VPN connection method for users from North America, Spain, and Portugal.   NOTE: Use at your own risk. Stop if the configuration fails.   1.Connect X431 PAD VII, PAD V or PRO 5 to PC via USB cable. 2.Enter X431 PADVII or PRO 5 Setting->USB Management (see picture 1), close the USB Switch (see picture 2); 3.Slide down the screen, open the drop-down menu (can also be opened through Setting-> USB Preference), select “USB file transfer turned on” (see Picture 3), select “USB transfer” (see Picture 4). 4.Open “My Computer”, select PAD VII, PAD V or PRO 5, and copy your VPN resource (for example “Singapore.ovpn”) into any folder of PAD or PRO 5 (note: remem...
