Launch Smartlink C from   X431 PAD V / PAD VII   tested working well with Xentry, ODIS (V23/V24 all good), SPS2 and many other software. Here shows how to connect Launch Smartlink with Xentry via passthru.  It works very good.   You will need: Launch Smartlink Passthru VCI Xentry Passthru version software (tested 2024/09) A delicate laptop   Download and install Launch smartlink driver. Where to Download Launch X431 SmartLink C J2534 Passthru Driver Connect Smartlink VCI with laptop and vehicle. For example, this is a Mercedes Benz GLE W292. Run Xentry passthru software. Select device type as Launch J2534 Log in xentry. Select series GLE (292) Hit Xentry Diagnosis Communicate with vehicle and detect modules. Launch smartlink J2534 is better than openport, sm2 pro etc j2534 adapters. It supports DoIP and CAN FD cumminicaiotn. It scans every module very fast and is compatible with latest Xentry version.

This is a 6T50 transmission control module out of a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro. The shop just replaced the transmission with the used one. The only way to make them work is to clone them. We will show how to clone this transmission control module using the  Launch X431 IMMO Plus . The same procedure goes to GM 6L45/ 6L50/ 6L80/ 6L90/ 6T30/ 6T35/ 6T4/ 6T45/ 6T70 etc TCUs. This one you do have to buy it separately. Input   Launch X431   device serial number and hit   Check   button. Except for a very few tools, most Launch products have serial number that are 12-digit long and typically starts with 9xxxxxxxxxxx. The system will detect your Launch product type. Launch X431 ECU Programmer clone GM Buick 6T45 Gearbox TCU on bench successfully. Select Chevrolet Cruze 2008-2019 6T45 gearbox TCU. Choose Bench mode. Check wiring diagram.  Connect Launch X431 ecu programmer with TCM. Connect TCM.  Read flash.   Disconnect. Change a donor 6T45 gearbox and connect the TCU with Launch ecu programmer. Connect donor TCU. Back up flash data of the donor TCU. Write flash data to the donor TCU. Don't forget to press disconnect after completed.
